Fee Schedule


Moderating Sessions

  • $35 per session meeting (9/07) plus the IRS approved mileage rate (9/06)


Meals at Presbytery Meetings

  • $5.00 (9/07)
Pulpit Supply
  • The Committee on Ministry recommends compensation at a minimum of $125 for pulpit supply (single or multiple services and/or points) plus mileage at the current rate allowed by the IRS plus expenses.
Reimbursement to Churches Hosting Presbytery Meetings
  • $50.00 for janitorial and babysitting services (09/06)
Reimbursement for Presbytery Committee Members, Coordinating Council, Staff, Officers and Moderators
  • IRS approved mileage rate ($.505 per mile in 2008) 
Note: IRS regulations indicate that volunteers should consider any reimbursement in excess 
of  .14 per mile as taxable income.
